This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you and soltpk governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features available on the soltpk platform. Please read these terms carefully before registering or placing any bets or wagers. By creating a soltpk account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.
soltpk is strictly an adult platform. Registration is only permitted for individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of account creation. KYC verification is mandatory and enforced without exception.
Each soltpk member is permitted exactly one registered account. Operating multiple accounts — regardless of the device, email address, or payment method used — is a direct breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension.
All deposits, withdrawals, bets, and bonus calculations on soltpk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). soltpk does not accept or process foreign currency transactions. Minimum deposit is Rs 100.
All soltpk bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Each bonus has its own specific terms.
Any form of fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated systems (bots), or any activity that artificially manipulates game outcomes or exploits soltpk's systems is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
You have the right to set deposit limits, session time limits, and initiate self-exclusion at any time through your soltpk account settings. soltpk is obligated under its gaming license to enforce all responsible gaming requests immediately.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the soltpk Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. soltpk operates a mandatory age verification policy. Any person who is under 21 years of age is expressly prohibited from registering an account, placing bets, or accessing any real-money gaming features on soltpk. soltpk reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time, and any account found to belong to an underage individual will be permanently closed with all associated funds forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Member. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) soltpk account. A "duplicate account" is defined as any additional account registered using the same individual's identity, irrespective of the name, email address, mobile number, payment method, or device used. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and all balances, including any winnings derived during the period of duplicate account operation, will be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information. When registering a soltpk account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are required to promptly update your account information if any details change. soltpk is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain current account information.
2.4 Geographic Eligibility. soltpk is intended for use by players in jurisdictions where online gaming activity is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is the Member's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of soltpk is lawful in their jurisdiction. soltpk makes no representation that the Platform is legally available in any specific jurisdiction.
2.5 Right to Refuse. soltpk reserves the absolute right to refuse any registration application or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal, subject to returning any undisputed real-money balance held in the account.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your soltpk login credentials, including your username and password. soltpk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify soltpk immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
3.2 Account Activity Responsibility. All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and account instructions made through your soltpk account are your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific transaction. soltpk shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
3.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, soltpk requires all Members to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued Pakistani identity document (CNIC or Passport) and, where applicable, proof of address and/or payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending until verification is complete.
3.4 Account Dormancy. A soltpk account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as dormant. soltpk reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 100 to dormant accounts, which will be deducted from the available account balance. Members will be notified at the email address on file before dormancy fees begin to accrue.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. soltpk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. soltpk reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time. All transactions are processed in PKR only.
4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits are determined by your verified account tier and will be communicated within the soltpk withdrawal interface. VIP and high-tier members may be subject to enhanced limits negotiated through soltpk's VIP support team.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. soltpk targets an average withdrawal processing time of approximately 8–15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals from the moment a withdrawal request is submitted. Processing times for bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take 1–2 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedules. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances outside soltpk's control.
4.4 Verification Prior to Withdrawal. soltpk reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, anti-money laundering (AML) checks, or additional documentation requests. This right is exercised in compliance with soltpk's international gaming license obligations and applicable regulatory requirements.
4.5 Source of Funds. By depositing funds into your soltpk account, you confirm that all funds are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal or illegal activity. soltpk is required by its licensing authority to conduct AML monitoring and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant regulatory bodies.
4.6 Transaction Errors. In the event of an erroneous credit or debit to your soltpk account due to a technical error or human error, soltpk reserves the right to reverse any such error without prior notice. If the error resulted in an underpayment to you, soltpk will credit the correct amount upon identification of the error.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All soltpk bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds awarded to soltpk Members are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements specify the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed using the bonus funds (or a combination of bonus and real funds, as specified per offer) before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Specific wagering multipliers are published on each promotion's detail page.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all game types contribute equally toward fulfilling bonus wagering requirements on soltpk. Typically, slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10–20%, and live dealer games contribute 5–15%. The exact contribution rates for each game category are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. soltpk maintains sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including — but not limited to — low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of bonus terms. Any Member found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, their account suspended, and any winnings derived from such activity forfeited.
5.5 Bonus Expiry. All soltpk bonuses have an expiry date by which the associated wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered sufficiently before the expiry date will be removed from the Member's account automatically. Expiry periods are stated on each promotion's detail page.
6.1 Game Integrity. All soltpk casino games use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested and approved by a recognised independent testing laboratory as required under soltpk's gaming license. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game's information panel.
6.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet or wager placed on soltpk is considered final and binding once confirmed by the platform interface. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bet selection, stake amount, and any associated options (e.g., in-play conditions, accumulator legs) before confirming any wager. soltpk is not obligated to reverse a correctly processed bet due to a Member error.
6.3 Void Bets. soltpk reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system error; (b) the event on which the bet was placed is cancelled, postponed, or interrupted without a resumption within 24 hours; (c) it is reasonably determined that the bet was placed using insider information or in circumstances involving match manipulation. In all such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's account.
6.4 Maximum Payout. Maximum single-bet and aggregate payout limits apply on soltpk across all sports and game categories. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement. soltpk reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout of any Member at its sole discretion.
6.5 Sports Betting Settlement. soltpk sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sport in question (e.g., the International Cricket Council for cricket matches, the Pakistan Super League for PSL events). In-play bets are settled based on the official score at the time of the relevant event, not necessarily the final match score.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the soltpk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content published on the soltpk Platform — including but not limited to the soltpk name and logo, website design, game interfaces, betting interface layouts, marketing materials, promotional content, written content, graphics, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of soltpk or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.
8.2 Permitted Use. soltpk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, in strict accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
8.3 Prohibited Reproduction. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the soltpk Platform, its content, or its software without prior written permission from soltpk. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of soltpk's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
9.1 Service Availability. soltpk makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours per day. However, soltpk does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions (including internet connectivity issues or payment processor outages), or any other circumstances beyond soltpk's reasonable control.
9.2 Gaming Losses. soltpk accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by Members through participation in betting or gaming activities on the Platform. All gaming and betting carries an inherent risk of financial loss, which is accepted by Members upon registration and confirmed with each bet placed.
9.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, soltpk's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or related to the use of the soltpk Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
9.4 Third-Party Services. soltpk is not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of service of third-party payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, etc.) or game content providers. Issues arising from third-party services should be addressed to those parties directly, though soltpk's support team will assist in liaising where possible.
10.1 Privacy Policy. soltpk's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at soltpk.site/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
10.2 Data for Regulatory Compliance. As a licensed gaming operator, soltpk is required to collect, retain, and in certain circumstances share Member data with regulatory authorities, gaming license bodies, and law enforcement agencies. By registering a soltpk account, you explicitly consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for these purposes.

12.2 Acceptance of Revised Terms. Your continued use of the soltpk Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting soltpk support, at which point any outstanding real-money balance (subject to KYC verification) will be returned to you.
12.3 Version History. The current version of soltpk's Terms & Conditions is Version 3.2, effective January 2026. Previous versions of these Terms are retained by soltpk for compliance purposes but are no longer in force.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which soltpk holds its international gaming license. soltpk's gaming license is issued by a recognised international gaming authority and all Platform operations are conducted in compliance with the conditions of that license.
13.2 Disputes. In the first instance, any dispute arising between a Member and soltpk should be submitted to soltpk's customer support team at [email protected]. soltpk will endeavour to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. If the dispute cannot be resolved through this process, soltpk's licensing authority provides an independent dispute resolution mechanism to which Members may escalate unresolved complaints.
13.3 Waiver of Class Action. You agree that any dispute with soltpk shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class-action litigation or class-wide arbitration against soltpk.
